Content and Refund Policy
This is only online content. You can download the plugins after purchase in the webstore. Packing and shipping not needed. Please note that .mactomster does not offer refunds for the products because it's electronic software. After download the software is marked as used (in sense of unsealed).
Adhesion for content
All plugins are tested and checked for function. For malfunctions on OS X I do not take over adhesion. For problems you can use the website “faq”and “troubleshooting” or write a message over the contact form.
Updates
Updates are not set automatically. If you like it we inform you via newsletter or in our blog. You only get free updates within 4 weeks after purchase of the plugins. For a free update you need your original order (via mail) with the registered e-mail address and the order number. If there is an update of OS X and your plugin doesn't work anymore or it is no longer necessary, there will be no refund or automatically plugin-update. You only get free update within 4 weeks after purchase of the plugin.
